I ate a Banquet frozen spaghetti and meat sauce meal on 6/19/2022. about 2 hours after eating it my head begin pounding, I became extremely nauseous, started vomiting, was having hot flashes, and felt really bad. I had these same symptoms last week when I ate the same meal.
