- comments: observed a 1/4 inch opening in the center of the rear exit door; instructed to seal to avoid possible rodent entry.

- comments: observed evidence of mice on premises. Found 80 or more mouse droppings on food storage shelves where candy located, on the floor under various food storage shelves and other food storage shelves on the selling floor and in the mens washroom on the floor by the sink. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: instructed to clean all food storage and non food storage shelves where needed in store to remove droppings and dust/dirt.

- comments: instructed to clean toilets and sinks in both washrooms and maintain.

Instructed to clean the interior of the mop sink to remove dirt. Instructed to clean ceiling vents to remove dust where needed in store.
