Brown rice I ate a bowl of brown rice that I’d prepared in my instant pot. I had eaten nothing else all day. About two hours later my stomach began to feel odd and I was passing a lot of gas. Three hours later I was nauseous and vomiting and vomited 3 times throughout the night. This morning I am still nauseous and have a bad headache. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Gas, Nausea
