About two weeks ago (on a Saturday) I had a Medium create your own pizza with stuffed crust, which included tuna, anchovies, olives, peppers and Domino’s tomato sauce. After eating, my stomach felt unsettled, and I kept being sick in the night (about six times) plus a runny tummy. I felt off for a couple of days afterwards. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
