Ordered thin crust cheese pizza around 8:00pm. Woke up around midnight throwing up and having diarrhea. For the past 12 hours since, I continue to have same symptoms. Low grade fever (between 99.5/100). Stomach has a strong cramp that won't go away. Not sure if this is food poison or not, but I felt just fine prior to midnight last night. Haven't heard of any stomach bugs going around at work and my family isn't sick. ??? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
