Veggie Pizzas Cause Illness - Domino's Pizza, London England

Partner and I ordered veggie pizzas (one supreme and one volcano with extra pineapple). We also had two slices of garlic bread each. Both felt okay but the usual bloatedness/heaviness. Both woke up with stomach cramps this morning, nausea, on and off vomiting and the beginnings of diarrhoea.
