Ordered a medium pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage, my friend and their child felt sick after eating and had to run to the bathroom after an hour... I had one piece and it was undercooked and my stomach hurt all night with cramping... and the next morning let’s just say I need to buy some more toilet paper. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
