Had company this afternoon so I ordered some pizza from this store. When I got the food home, I noticed that in the medium mushroom and onion pizza, there was a large sliver of cardboard in it. Within 2 hours of consuming, myself and my mother both developed stomach cramps, nauseated all day, and my mother did attempt to vomit. My child wasn't as bad, but had cramping occasionally throughout the day as well. I will be calling the store in the morning and reporting this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
