Last night, Friday April 3, 2026 I ordered a Philly sandwich from Domino's in Calcutta, Ohio. I got all the ingredients that comes on it, but I ordered "light onions" "light green peppers". The sandwich consisted of the artisan bun, Philly steak meat, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, white American cheese, and provolone. I received the sandwich around 10pm and began eating it immediately. I finished within 15 minutes or so, and I sat on the couch to relax and watch TV before going to bed. Approximately 11:30pm, I began to get cramps in my stomach and slight chills. I started getting ready for bed, and by time I was laying down right before midnight, I had full-body chills, intense stomach cramps, a slight headache, and my mouth was watering with nausea. I tried to lay down to avoid throwing up, but that didn't work. I ran to the bathroom and began violently throwing up the entire sandwich. Once I threw up, I had a headache, stomach pains, and my ears were ringing. I managed to go to sleep. When I woke up today, I still had pains in my stomach and I've been tired, groggy, and fatigued all day. I have been able to eat light today, and I didn't throw up. As the day has passed, the pain in my stomach has lighten up. I directly relate the vomiting and symptoms I've had to the sandwich I ate last night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
