I had a chicken bacon and ham pizza with extra cheese. Traffic was bad I was half an hour late to collect. That night I had extreme pain, sickness, diarrhoea. Called 111 who sent 999 out and they took me into hospital. Diagnosed with gastroenteritis now under further investigation. Confirmed it was the takeaway food as I was completely fine before. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
