I had a chicken bacon and ham pizza with extra cheese. Traffic was bad I was half an hour late to collect. That night I had extreme pain, sickness, diarrhoea. Called 111 who sent 999 out and they took me into hospital. Diagnosed with gastroenteritis now under further investigation.
