Domino's Pizza, State Street, Newburgh, IN, United States

854 State Street, Newburgh, 47630 Indiana, United States

2 medium 2 topping pizzas. One had sausage & beef, the other was chicken & pineapple. My 2 children ate the pizza for dinner Saturday night and both woke up the next morning vomiting and having diarrhea. This lasted until the afternoon. I did not eat the pizza that evening. I heated up some leftover pizza Monday evening and suffered from the same symptoms mentioned above. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
