We ordered pizza, Buffalo wings and cheesy bread last. My wife only ate pizza, while I had all 3. Went to bed around 9pm, and then around 3am I woke up to immediately throw up. Thought that was going to be it, but no. I was unable to keep any liquids down, even ice chips came right back up. On top of that, I also had diarrhea, fever, and soreness. Basically, flu symptoms. Had to go to urgent care. Actually I’m still here and waiting to be seen. I definitely think the wings were the culprit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Soreness
