Pizza Illness: Severe Symptoms - Domino's Pizza, Cortlandt New York

This was the 1st and last time I will ever order from this. I ordered A pie with spinach, mushroom, and black olives. I was fine until the next day when my body was not feeling good. I had to leave work early and repeatedly was in the bathroom for the entirety of the day & night with a fever! There was nothing left in me. Vomiting and diarrhea like I never had before.
The next day I felt like I got hit by a bus and could not get it together.
I took a Covid test in lu of current events but that came back negative so the only thing would be this pizza.
