Kebab Falafel Illness Report - Doner Kebab House, Lisboa Lisboa

I ate in kebab house or casa de Kebab (restaurant works in two names) my dish was kebab falafel and later I asked about French fries that came with strong garlic souce. I can tell there was something very wrong with the souce. I started to feel ill not longer then 1,5h from when I finished my meal. I felt such strong stomach pain immidetly that I could not walk. Next day vomiting, having 38,6 degrees temperature, next day come diarrhea and I didn't left my house for 3 days feeling completely exhausted not beeing able to do more then sleeping or crowing from pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
