On March 24, 2021, at approximately 2:40PM. I went through there drive thru and ordered the 1/2LB Grillburger-Cheeze Combo, Reg Fry and MD Orange Soda and large Cone. After eating and consuming the above food and got severe diarrhea, Stomach Cramps, Nausea and vomiting for six hours. On March 25, 2021 I had to go to the emergency room and continued illness persisted. I was hospitalized until March 29, 2021 and continue to recover after eating the food mentioned above.
