I usually get it like 3 times a week when I’m out. Yesterday I was there and I got a Avacado Toast and a decaf Iced coffee. About an hour and a half later I had to pull over to the side of the road and puked up everything. I was shaking and had a headache for the rest of the day. That was also the first and only thing I ate at that time so I know it was good poisoning. I was perfectly fine the next day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Shaking
