Went there for breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and sausage, within 1-2 hours was feeling very nauseated, within 4 hours had violent vomiting, 2.5 hours after first vomit session vomited again with severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
