Ate wake up wrap in morning. That evening suffered extreme body aches and pain. Fever started in morning and continued for 2 days continuous bouts of diarrhea. Due to pregnancy,went to Hospital for monitoring and 2 bags of fluid was released. Finally day 3 feeling better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

How did you know it was E. Coli? Was that the confirmed diagnosis from the Hospital? What location was that one? Are they going to shut down that location, until they fix/find the issue? This could be in their food supply and sicken more people. Scary stuff.
