I am reporting this for my girlfriend because this morning she ate a sausage wake up wrap. She had been burping up the meal all day. This was the only thing she had eaten, and when she got home after work she felt so nauseous that she had to lay down. She fell asleep, and then woke up and has been throwing up for hours. I visit this Dunkin’ every day, but it is save to say I will never go again. She has been throwing up for hours with no improvement, so a trip to urgent care or the emergency room is likely. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
