Avocado Toast Illness Alert - Dunkin donuts, Harrisburg Pennsylvania

So of all days Sunday May 9th 2021 I had a piece of avocado toast from there because my son was cooking for me I did not want to eat heavy. I ate this around 1:30 pm and around 5:30 I kept feeling like man I’m gonna get sick. (I never get sick or go to the hospital thank God) but the nauseousness was so over powering. I went to the bathroom and just waited and I couldn’t believe how bad I was vomiting. Not once or twice but I vomited 5 different times that day. Had severe diarrhea along with sweating and at one point I thought I was cold also a pounding headache. May 10th I was scared to eat. I finally at a salad around 6pm and was okay. Still had a headache and along with Body aches now. I can’t remember if I ever had the flu if I did i was a little girl and don’t remember it but I know I never had food poisoning. Like I said I never get sick. The only time I’ve vomited was with both of my pregnancies and I was 100% sure that’s not what it was. Because of my symptoms and covid I got tested for the 1st time since the virus started and I was really praying that that’s not what it was and I really didn’t feel it was covid just because no one else at my parents house got sick that day and I’m the only one that ate avocado toast from there!! So just to be sure I got tested about 7pm on the 10th. Mannn on the 11th I woke up and everything hurt. My fingers were even achy and to breathe or laugh hurt. I was in the bed all day on the 11th and didn’t leave the second floor of my house that entire day. It hurt to move. My bowels are not back to normal but not what it was on the 9th praise God. May 12th I woke with still a tinge of headache and body aches are still there but not as bad and I’m moving just because I refuse to stay in bed another day. I got my covid results back this morning and Praise God they are NEGATIVE!!! I’m keeping my appointment scheduled for this Friday even still but nothing against this or any other one but I will NEVER eat anything or drink anything ever again from here just because who wants to go through that again!!! Honestly I’m upset with myself because when I saw the toast I really almost didn’t want to eat it because I got this feeling when I looked at it but I overrode that because I was hungry and prayed over it and ate it. So that’s my story and hopefully no one else has to ever go through this.
