Possibly the x cream in coffee  Got a large coffee and 2 donuts Tuesday morning, that afternoon felt dizziness and indigestion and diarrhea for 3-4 days, dehydration still don’t feel right. I even got a Covid test on Saturday, which was negative all because I still don’t feel good, It happened Tuesday of this past week , | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Dizziness, Indigestion
