my regular morning run before work, an ice coffee and maple sugar breakfast sandwich. started eating before clocking in.. hour later i’ve got stomach cramps, thought a bathroom break would help me out, made me feel worse. left work an hour and half in and felt like I was gonna blow through my pants and vomit on my way home. ended up puking up my sandwich while on the toilet at home.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
