My fiance and I both ordered iced coffee from Dunkin' Donuts we both had the same coffee with the exception of him getting blueberry syrup in his coffee we are both experiencing nausea vomiting and diarrhea since drinking it | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

The symptoms you have sound very much like Norovirus which has been quite prevalent in the Northeast for months. This can be picked up many ways as it is extremely contagious.
