Briyani Meal Causes Diarrhea - East Coast Parkway, Singapore

Went with a group of friends with 3 children (9 pax total) and 4 of us had briyani rice (chicken, fried chicken & lamb shank) with gravy. Around 6.30pm-7.30pm. We all got home by 10pm +/- and 1 of us had slight stomach discomfort. Another 3 started to have diarrhea around 4am+ and still having it as of 11am. The remaining 2 adults + 3 children did not have any issues as they had different food. 2 children however did had 1-2 mouthful of the briyani rice (without gravy) and did not show any symptoms too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
