Lox sandwich, with avocado and red onion on a bagel from here. My husband bought me the nova lox sandwich with avocado spread and red onion. Every thing tasted fine, but about an 2 hours later I began feeling ill, I had a headache and my stomach just felt off. Skip to 10pm and that’s when everything kicked in. Explosive watery diarrhea, with nausea and vomiting. I was in the bathroom every 20 minutes until it finally settled down at 7 am. This was on September 7th going into the 8th. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
