> Observed faucet on 3 compartment sink does not reach left or right basin. Faucet only positioned to reach middle basin. Must provide a faucet that can reach all 3 basins of 3 compartment sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025.
> Observed no chemical test kit on site. Must provide chemical test kit to accurately determine concentration of sanitizer used. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
