4:30PM October 1st 2020. I ordered steak fajitas burrito added shrimp for pick up. 15 minutes after eating the food my stomach twisted in a knot began to become extremely nausea. I wasn't able to stay out of the bathroom for longer than 5 minutes before having to rush back to the toilet to vomit or diarrhea. I was up till 3Am the next morning in the bathroom trying to keep liquids down so I would stay hydrated. As of now I no longer had bile in my system. My stool is white and stomach in still in extreme pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bile
