Ate El Pollo bowl with jack cheese added, not long after eating had bad stomach ache , 4-5 hours later , nausea, vomiting, diarrhea , chills, fever and hand cramps, still have diarrhea and nausea , eating toast & jello still feel awful day 2 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
