I ate at El Pollo Loco in West LA on Sepulveda near Jefferson friday evening and I am still sick. I got the half chicken combo with macaroni and cheese. I have a fever, water diarrhea, chills, severe nausea, headache, loss of appetite, and fatigue, and stomach cramps. I dis not go to the doctors. I am toughing it out. I am feeling a little better 2 1/2 days later | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
