A tostada bowl from here I had not eaten anything that day and around noon I bought a tostada bowl with pico de gallo and some avocado dressing, one hour or less after eating it I got a bad stomach ache, felt nauseous and later that evening I had an episode of diarrhea. It happened on June 20th , 2022 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
