I eat only one meal a day and last night that was a Pollo Bowl. It tasted off but I thought it was maybe new seasonings. Today at 3am I woke up to a horrible case of diarrhea. By 4:30 a headache came. I felt cold, clamy and dehydrated with no fever. A little after 8am, I got up and moving around. This triggered an epic bout of vomiting. This lasted for about 10 minutes. The diarrhea continued until after 8:30am. It's currently 8:50 and I don't think these symptoms are completely gone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Dehydration
