I ate part of a nachos and shredded chicken taco. I noticed the Nachos looked funny, like it sat under a heat lamp too long or was just old. The Avocado was a different color and the chips were all soggy. There wasn't one chip that was crispy. Everything tasted weird. Even the large soda was flat and there wasn't any ice. This was supposed to be a fresh new delivery order. But it looked like it was very old and sat outside a fridge. Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, chills, cramps in belly. Started before 3 am. Going through waves of vomiting and chills. I really hope i dont have to call 911. I can't afford an ambulance to the ER. $5,000. And they dont accept insurance. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
