Pretty simple I got a chicken bowl on an empty stomach at 9pm and woke up at 7am with body pains throughout the day at work it turned into sweats and a headache all I had was coffee since the chicken bowl during the day. Turned into sharp stomach pain exploding diarrhea etc. Yep sick from El Pollo Loco pretty simple. Real case here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Sweating
