January 3, 2024 El Polo Loco Tostada Chicken Salad I ate the Tostadas Chicken salad and within 10 15 to 20 minutes or so  I became Seriously Poisoned was I'll Vomiting Violently food chicken tortilla coming up chocking extreme Pain stomach cramps Nauseated headache and diarrhea. I had to go to the Hospital/emergency room. I was treated for food poison! I will never go to El Polo again!! Scared to go!! I thought I was going to die… extremely sick..I was nausea and stomach pain cramps for a week! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
