Additional information: As soon as I got home, felt upset stomach with cramps then I had diarrhea and vomiting the same time. I ordered cheese enchiladas with rice . 30 minutes or so after I got home I started throwing up with real bad stomach, cramps, chills, and diarrhea upset stomach afterwards. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
