Beef Meal Causes Illness - Emirates, Dubai Dubai

During the flight, flight attendants served dinner which comprised beef, mashed potatoes, and steamed/boiled veggies + dessert. During dinner, we immediately felt that the meat that was served had an unusual taste (Smokey and sour), but we did not report this to the cabin crew as we thought that it might have been flavored or contained spices.
1h after dinner we began feeling stomach issues and cramps. We asked the cabin crew for tea but it did not help. After 2 hours from the meal, she began feeling sick and her stomach cramps worsened. In addition, she appeared pale and she reported nausea throughout the flight.
Upon landing, we reported the issue to one of the flight attendants, and we discovered that also two ladies that were sitting behind us and had the same "beef-based" meal, had the same stomach issues.
After leaving the aircraft, she felt even worse, and on the way back home, she vomited several times. The day after, she is still in bed, with nausea, stomach cramps, and pale skin. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
