Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, HeadacheSuspected source: Emirates flight from either London Gatwick to Dubai. Then Emirates Dubai to Ho Chi Minh City. Within 5 hours of arrival Chills, sweats, nausea, vomiting and sickness all through the night both my partner and I. We had meatballs on the first flight. Second flight I had Chicken curry with rice and my partner had the beef dinner.
