Returned to London from Bulawayo on Saturday the 18th and I've been ill ever since. Constant diarrhoea and joint aches and an episode of vomiting. I haven't eaten much, since arriving. We'd had a couple of meals on the Addis Ababa to London leg of the journey, that looked unsatisfactory. Some potato dish that didn't appear or taste cooked with some 'fish' (I think that's what it was). In any case, symptoms still persist and commenced when I arrived back.. I'm in the UK now. Food was served on my flight to the UK. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
