The morning of March 24 I got home from my night shift and ate some of the Bertolli’s chicken and spinach bowtie pasta. In under 2 hours I was projectile vomiting and having incontinent diarrhea, chills, stomach upset and cramping, and severe headache.. It was most likely winco but it also could have been Safeway on 18th Avenue in Eugene Oregon | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
