Suspected source: Cool ranch tortilla chips
Onset: Right away
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Additional information: Very bad pale taste still in mouth after rinsing mouth out. Cool ranch tortilla chips are contaminated very old and a strange smell and taste made me throw up 3 times and I have very bad stomach cramps after tasting one chip the bag was very hard to open and the chips were discolored and stale. I'm sure they are very old | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
