Yesterday, Spoiled tomato sauce on pepperoni pizza there  I ate alone. I ordered the lunch special, pick 2. I chose pepperoni pizza and fettuccine Alfredo. I took a bit of the pizza and thought the sauce smelled and tasted off. I took a second bite and realized it was bad. The symptoms started within 30 minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
