Bunless Burger Illness Report - Five Guys, Oxon Hill Maryland

Had a bunless cheeseburger with grilled onions and cajun fries on Sept 6, 2021 (Labor day/Monday evening). Woke up at about 5 am with severe cramps, diarrhea, nausea and gas. It's 8:45 pm and still haven't been able to eat a thing since last night, as I can only tolerate water. Have tried different meds, but nothing is easing the painful abdominal cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
