Had lunch at the Five Guys inside the Galleria Mall in St Louis. I got a hot dog, regular fries and a soda. Within an hour of going back to my office, I was violently ill. Was so dizzy that I had to be driven home by coworkers. I spent my night throwing up multiple times, camping the toilet, having a horrible headache and chilling. Was still dizzy and having stomach pains this morning. I'm just now trying to get back on solid foods. I will not be going back for a long time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
