I went to fogo de chao to celebrate my birthday with my 2 boys Saturday night. I came home feeling fine and shortly after a couple hours I started getting chills, nausea, horrible stomach ache, and diarrhea. Some of the meat was raw and bloody biting into it. I don’t know if it was the meat or the salad. I also want to report that the waitress not the Hispanic woman completely ignored our table by the end of the meal. I waited about 40 min and finally told a manager I needed my check to pay. He brought it and it took another 20 min before I stopped the Hispanic woman which was not our assigned waitress to take the payment. Another table had arrived and the waitress was passing by us and I was trying to call her but she would look away almost as she didn’t want to make eye contact. I felt I wasn’t treated fairly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

You said the meat was raw and bloody biting into it. At that point I would have stopped eating it. I know some people like medium rare steak, but I would never consume raw or undercooked meat. It’s too risky.
