- comments: pic doesn't have a certified food managers certificate must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate posted to view while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (slicing turkey,chicken wings,rice,etc) must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

3. Management, food employee and conditional employee; knowledge, responsibilities and reporting
- comments: observed no signed employees health policies for employees must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)(citation issued)

- comments: must provide hand washing signs in customers men's & women's toilet rooms.

- comments: must repair or replace exterior thermometer not operable on deli walk in cooler.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on floor underneath deli cold holding display unit on sales floor/mixed in with debris build up and rear storage area-gas station items also a dead mouse under deli display unit. Must removed droppings & mouse clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/11/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must repair or replace damaged door gasket on bakery walk in freezer.
