I baked a frozen Totino pepperoni pizza like I usually do. Approximately 1 1/2 hours after eating it I got terrible stomach pains and could even hear a gurgling noise coming from stomach. Not long after the stomach pains started the diarrhea and nausea started. I had some phenergan for nausea and lomotil for diarrhea that I took but it did not help at all. It was one of the worst times of being sick. The stomach pain was terrible and I could barely move my head without getting sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
