Ate a Philly Cheese steak there on Monday, Monday evening got the chills and cramps diarrhea started. Left work Tuesday because diarrhea was very frequent couldn’t drink water with out it going straight through me. Went to doctor Wednesday morning been at home sick . It’s now Thursday doctor said it was probably food poisoning I’m the only one in the house that is sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
