- comments: must repair or replace slow drain at pre-k 114 hand washing sink in class room. Must adjust faucet handles to stay on longer for hand washing in main-2nd fl. Boy's.

- comments: must provide hand washing signs at hand sinks in pre- k 114,main- 1st & 2nd fl. Boy's.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings in lunch room-on floor in between guitar and on wood shipping pallets among items stored on floor. Pre- k #114 closet-on floor & shelving units in between articles on floor and in library area shelf. Also,pre-k 118 in between articles on floor & behind door of closet amongst articles on floor as well. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/23/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020)(a)
