We had dinner after the parade around 7-8:00 in flagstaff pizza diner ‘Fratelli’s’. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings with ranch. Upon getting home hour later I began feeling nauseous,cold chills, stomach pains,and cramping. My husband just said he felt some symptoms but not as bad as me.Later on thru the night around 2-3 in morning my children woke up suddenly from sleep and began vomiting following after diarrhea. We all went to sleep and woke up around 9. Today we are still sick all with same symptoms. We ate there and at Chili’s for lunch, however we all ordered different meals at that location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
