Jambalaya Illness at Disneyland - Disneyland, Anaheim California

In the late evening of March 2 (2022), I experienced violent vomiting and diarrhea after a day at Disneyland. I began to feel ill and nauseous around dinner, so I skipped dinner and went back to our hotel to writhe in pain and agony until I was finally about to purge (and quite violently).

I had had lunch at this place and had vegetable jambalaya, and even though that should've been digested long beforehand (it had been 10-12 hours) that is quite obviously what came up -- many pieces of mushroom were still undigested and full intact. I suspect there must have been a contamination issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
